Mommy & Me
Ages: 18mo - 3yrs | Level: Exploration
Bond with your little one through creative movement, basic coordination, and musical awareness in a playful environment.
Preschool
Ages: 3 - 5yrs | Level: Beginner
Developing foundational dance steps, balance, and classroom etiquette through imaginative play and structured exercises.
Elementary
Ages: 6 - 10yrs | Level: Beg / Int
Focusing on technique refinement, increased flexibility, and introducing more complex choreography in Ballet and Jazz.
Off-Ice Training
Ages: 7- 14 yrs | Level: Int / Adv
Advanced technical training including strength and conditioning, posture correction, and rhythm development.
Adult Program
Ages: 18+ | Level: All Levels
Classes spanning the basics of adult ballet to high-energy fitness and contemporary dance, tailored for health and artistry.
